Was looking to rent a 2 bed trailer, tried to do a walk through about a month ago but they canceled and didn't inform us before we showed up. They told us at that time they'd keep us informed on when they'd get a home for us to tour but they didn't do that either, now come to find out they don't want to rent any and have probably known that the whole time

A new company bought Harbour West within the last 2 yrs. Rent has increased twice since then. The streets were not snow plowed very well wide enough to only fit one car through. Every time you call the office, they never call you back even though they tell you that they will. They never keep their word. They had a promotion going on where you could win a new Chevy Equinox, is that why my rent increased to pay for it? The ladies in the office only brush your problems on to someone else and nothing gets done just to get you off the phone. They are filling up the park with many new homes that look very nice however, the crews don’t pick up their trash as they work, it just blows around in the wind. There’s a lot of loud noise from all the crews, in the area. There’s no rhyme or reason for the things that they do here or not do. If I could move I would.
The woman there we met with was wonderful! The grounds is kept up well and is being updated constantly! Looks like a safe place i could happily raise my little one at :)
We have lived here 20 years, so far there has been little done as far as improvements. Streets need improved, there needs to be some kind of nitetime lighting. The only lights are from a small number of yard lights. It seems they are more worried about selling new homes than care of lots with existing homes that have been here for a long time.

Their integrity is shaky They profile and discriminate against Minorities Tried to reach out plenty of times to their corporate office in Utah but never got an answer Poor customer service all they care about is the application fees that’s all Never will recommend to no one Please be careful and aware
