I was referred here but it fell through and never happened as this is an institutional place and although this is a nursing home, they have hospital rules/hospital features (such as two-way radios, staff wearing aprons/gloves when serving food, alarm call system, coming to a certain place for meds/food etc.) Clients are not allowed to apply their cream themselves regardless of whether they are capable or not, so female SU's have to have cream applied by male nurses even though it is inappropriate for males to apply cream to females. Staff are with SU's at 1:1 arms length observation at all times as a blanket measure
