Never been in here before..just wanted some good scissors for a Christmas present. Staff were very helpful and showed me where they were.. Friendly smiley and efficient staff on till. Will have no qualms with shopping there again.

I cant cant complain about the customer service i guess, but 1 thing that was bothering me was the fact that there was no complimentary chipolatas. I consider this to be atrocious behaviour for a shop. When visiting there again i would take my own sausages.

Not gonna lie I have a yarn addiction and hobbycraft helps with the supply . The shop is great, normally able to find everything needed. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

This store is my happy place; it boasts products of anything you can think of related to crafting and baking. Products are sturdy and high quality, and you also have the choice between Hobbycraft's own range and other brands. I am the proud owner of many Hobbycraft products and the people around me love the bakes and makes I produce with them. Even if you are a beginner or a master, Hobbycraft will likely have something you still want. The Hobbycraft club is also a fabulous addition, with lots of treats, a student discount and even a 5 voucher on your birthday.
