We had our mother here, although only briefly, and found it to be a great place. The facility was very clean and the staff was helpful,friendly and kind. I've seen a lot of skilled care, so I can tell you that this one is far better than most out there. I would use them again if needed.

Less than 2 hours of my father being there, he wanted to lay down in the bed. I had him ring for help. Monica opened the door and said \what do you want.\ She had never met my Dad and at the time we didn't know her name. She was very rude and when I commented on her being so rude and not introducing herself to the new resident, she decided it was ok to argue with me. The next morning when I approached the Director of Nursing about the issue, she told me she felt I was hostile and that Monica had probably felt that too as She was loved by residents and family. She also said that we could make other arrangements for him. I later went to let the Administrator know why we were discharging him and what had occurred with both incidents and she seemed less than concerned or cared that in less than 24 hours a patience was leaving. My father is confused and the quality of the care and the lack of compassion and professional staff is less than ok for someone in his condition . And he was there in their hospice area. I will make sure that this is posted on social media and spread the word. Shame on you all!!
