I’ve been homeschooling my 10 year old since Kindergarten through Horizon. When she finally made it known she wanted to be in a classroom, it was easy to choose the Lincoln Montessori program through the charter I already used. I wasn’t prepared for how much she and I would love this school. I knew it was the perfect fit for her from day 1. Everyone is lovely and kind and accepting. I’m filled with gratefulness that she is in this environment.

We joined Lincoln Montessori through Horizon Charter Schools this year. At first my son (8) wasn’t sure about the school as he felt the curriculum was too easy. I contacted his teacher Miss Shannon who was very quick to explain that the first few weeks are assessments then the education gets tailored to each students needs. After the first couple of weeks Miss Shannon nailed my son and his love for education, the curriculum was harder and he loved it. He was continued to enjoy school more so than the two other schools we tried. He has done so well and I am super proud of him. The small class sizes, friendly teachers and staff as well as the PTC.. never have I ever felt so comfortable in a school setting. Many field trips, clubs (art, sign language, technology, dance and singing)... every child and family is treated so well, we are a community.. respect and love is taught. Parent participation is highly encouraged. We love this school and can’t wait for the upcoming years.

I spent 3 of my 4 years of high school with this school and it was by far the best school I have ever been in! The teachers are amazing and so sweet (especially Lisa Graham she is the sweetest and most caring person!) Not only did I love this school but my younger brother is currently attending (and loves it as well) and my two younger sisters will also be attending for high school.

I am so blessed to have found Lincoln Montessori for my children. LMCC is a site-based program of Horizon Charter School. The program is small, which allows for more individualized attention in the classrooms and on the playground. The staff genuinely cares about each student and knows all their names. Between both my kids, we have experienced every teacher. Each teacher brings their own unique strengths to the classroom. Teachers incorporate Montessori methods, project-based learning, technology, art, and lots of hands-on approaches. They are skilled at teaching students at their ability levels, whether that is above or below the average. I love the cohesiveness of the LMCC school environment and the staff. Everyone works together to create a school community rather than just working in isolated classrooms. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a wonderful, new learning opportunity!

My child Has been going To Lincoln Montessori for the past 2 years and we have always loved the one-on-one with the teachers and the students. If you have any you could always email the teacher and they get back to you right away. They love it when you volunteer which works out great for me because I'm a full time mom and I love being a part of my Child's education. They go on field trips with lots of hands on leaning Which make it so fun for the children. It's a great school
