Had issue with breaks on my Toyota Tundra. They were very helpful and fixed them under warranty. Very professional with Chris helping me drive back to my place and diagnosing the issue promptly. Were able to return the truck back in 2 days, and picked up me on my own schedule.

Fantastic service!!! Absolutely everyone I encountered - Jared, Kaleb, Henry (mechanic) - everyone was EXCEPTIONAL! I’m currently unemployed and found myself really wanting to work there (if you’re hiring - you have my number - I’d be happy to send my resume!!!). Absolutely excellent all-around! Even worked with me on getting a loaner (I named him Bill). The entire process was outstanding! The absolute ONLY negative thing I experienced was pricing. I’ve lived in Lincoln my entire life and know I could have had all of this done for MUCH cheaper. BUT - that would have taken several different appointments at various shops. I also think and believe that the “diagnostic fees” should be waived if a customer moves forward with having the repairs done in shop. That’s usually the etiquette that’s offered with any other shop - so it was very upsetting that I paid 100 in diagnostic fees after I still had all the work done with YOU. I have family who worked with you previously and was told that you waive the diagnostic fees IF the work is then done with you. So, that was disappointing - especially since that’s a courtesy that most other shops offer. That all said - your staff and my entire experience was truly outstanding! So, THANK YOU!
This is a Great place for a lot of your vehicles needs. Jared was excellent to work with. Very Professional. He got me right in in the middle of the blizzard of 2021. They did a Great job doing my service in a timely manner. Everyone there was Great to talk to and work with. I would recommend this Company with 5 stars.
We’ve used them twice now and have been very happy with their services. They listen to what you may think is wrong with your vehicle and do a thorough check over your vehicle. They fix what needs to be done now and let you know if they see anything else that you might want to watch out for or fix at another time. They send you a full report on what they see and even send pictures to show you what they are talking about. They are fast, friendly and reasonably priced.
I wish I could give this 100 STARS! BEST customer service in LINCOLN! Seriously, these guys go above and beyond!! Since going to inMOTION, I would not trust my car with anyone else! Caleb and Jared are super friendly, personable, and make you feel at ease! I will add being a female.. (since normally we do not know a lot about parts etc) I do not feel like they are trying to add extra costs in, I have had that happen at other places and I TRUST these guys!!! Thanks so much for the GREAT service!!! SEE YA TUESDAY!!!
Always fast and courteous service. If they spot something that needs attention they will contact you. They always provide photos of everything that they do or that needs to be done. Quality workout good price been going there for a long time.
Great service. The drop off/pick up was pretty quick. The detailed inspection was very informative and staff was professional and quick to answer my questions.
