What an amazing place do to the cov this place in new Hampshire no restriction but when you go out you have to wear a mask not a big deal it's a beautiful place to come and its in the white mountains my wife and kids and my sister-in-law was amazed by all the mountains that's here

What an amazing resort! This was our first stay and there were plenty of amenities to keep our family busy. Along with that, the rooms were very clean, well maintained and all hotel staff pleasant and helpful. We will definitely returning again and would highly recommend to family and friends!
Just getting away for the weekend. The place was clean and and very peaceful. We had a great time.
My phone in-laws have a timeshare here. We always enjoy our stay along with are two toddlers. THE WALLS AND FLOORS ARE AMAZINGLY SOUND PROOF!!! Great stay even for those with no interest in skiing. We hiked some beautiful trails such as Indian Head, the flume, and Welsh and Dickey. The heated indoor pool and the hot tub were open. The whirlpool tub in the room was wonderful. The staff were very responsive and accomodating.
The room was amazing. Spacious and very clean. The lobby staff, however, aren't as amazing. Not a single pleasant person. One ignored us while the other spouted off directions like a robot. Having not been here before, we were hoping for some pleasantries and information, but these two were just doing their job and ready to leave. We had to ask about the pool and any amenities. Not even any instructions about ice! It was basically "here's the key, go away". We got the run around FOUR TIMES just to get an extra hour for checkout! Kudos to housecleaning, at least they're doing an amazing job.
A group of us (5 units) had been planning on spending Thanksgiving week for a year now - since 3 of us had stayed last year and really enjoyed it. We were NOT disappointed. From the start when I called to try and coordinate the possibility of getting our units near each other - they did one better and got us all in a row - even though there was one unit that was only there for the last part of the week. I made several phone calls as I had a number of questions and their response was always pleasant and friendly - I never felt like I was bothering them - even when I would hang up and remember another question and called right back. When I apologized for that it was met with a laugh and an assurance that it was not a bother. Our units were available ahead of schedule and we were allowed to check right in - my specific unit wasn't quite ready - but they took my number and called me before we even finished helping another party move into their unit. The units were super clean and well appointed - anything that wasn't available could be requested from the front desk and they were promptly delivered to you. As this was Thanksgiving week they already had roasting and pie pans in the units - it's little touches like that - that make your stay enjoyable. Because of stricter COVID guidelines the resort activities were cancelled but our group made due with the pool, gym and game room that remained open. We also had plenty of games and conversations to keep us entertained. I almost don't want to say much more as I want to be able to find availability for next year - but really feel that this resort deserves all the praise I can give it. Already looking forward to our visit next year.
There are smart TV, however the APPS are disabled.... in 2021, with Everything shut down in NH we want to watch TV, we should have option to sign in to Netflix, prime... TV option are awful with there provider.. this is unacceptable. The second bedroom does not even have a TV. We are new members to inn season and ready to cancel and probably the first and last... ruin our weekend.. OUT DATED.. phone is from the 80... However, the place is very clean, very big.. love the layout.. they just need to bring to 2021.. customer service is A plus...
