The clients are amazing the administration is deplorable. Not professional, they lack boundaries and moral ethics. Don’t work here or receive services here I’ve seen too many former clients fall in the gaps and struggle after treatment from IBHS. There is no doctoral oversight this place is ran by a group of persons with a masters degree and big egos it’s a joke. Got a response from the owner Jeromie Luginbill within hours of posting a negative review weeks ago and 2 positive 5 star reviews from two current employees as a rebuttal. It took over three weeks before they bothered to send me the community survey, if anything this is just indicative and supporting evidence that this is a business that puts personal ego before ethics and action towards improvement. I appreciate the survey. It’s a shame there wasn’t a link attached in the response below. I remain dubious of how this survey response be evaluated and addressed? Since what I received a word document instead of a link to the accreditation website. I’m sure other community members would appreciate more transparency and love to share their own feedback and experience with IBHS. Response reply- Attach the link for the community stakeholder survey I’d be happy to fill it out. :)

This Company is a joke! I have a family member who is receiving services from this company. BEWARE!!! INSURANCE FRAUD! KEEP YOUR FAMILY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give it negative stars I would. For the safety of my family, I'm not going to post specifics. But I'm fed up with the treatment or lack of is more appropriate.
