Terrible experience. We have a bill since 5-16-14 and between JHHC and the insurance company they cannot get it figured out! It's taken 2 more visits to JHHC and 3 phones calls and we're still working on it! I call them today to talk to billing and I get "Joanna" who says she's "in the middle of it" and "the office who sends out the statements is out of state and they don't know what's going on", like that's my problem. Between this fiasco and continually hounding us to buy more and more supplies, we're done! One minute they're calling us about this unpaid bill and shortly after that, we get a phone call from someone else at JHHC trying to sell us the optimum amount of supplies covered by insurance, even though we don't need them! We're done after this!
