Tried for the first and last time. Spent 18 for a cheese burger an order of fries and a bottle of water. Took it to go. When i looked at the burger i had to toss the old rotten tomato and lettuce. The burger had no taste and was old. Most overpriced meal for me this entire year and i eat out 5 or 6 times a week. Burger King whoppers 2 for 5 were even far better than Johnny Rockets Burger. I usually give a place another chance but this was way too bad for that to happen. The bottle water was good.

Great food served by an amazing waitress
Our 1st time eating at this chain & I have to say I was blown away at how amazingly delicious the food was! I had a burger and I’ll tell ya, it was the BEST burger I’ve ever eaten at a fast food place, & by FAR. My hubby had a hotdog & was equally impressed w the quality & taste. He actually said it tasted like his moms! (His mom is an amazing cook!) Though it is a bit pricey, IMO you def get what you pay for, especially regarding food. I would much rather pay a little more if it means I’m def walking away full & satisfied.
Visited Johnny Rockets at Mohegan Sun food court. My last visit was a disappointment. Staff were cold and inattentive, Food was not hot and possibly not fresh. I have not revisited since. I previously enjoyed an excellent American style burger with lettuce and tomato and thought Johnny Rockets was my new place to go. No more!
Waitstaff is always courteous at the downstairs venue. Food has never disappointed.
