As a resident of Lincoln California, I appreciate having this Kaiser medical facility in our city. The pharmacy is convenient for me to pick up my prescriptions. They have a great Optometry department here as well. Also a very convenient location for our annual flu shots. They have a lab here and I’ve used it many times. I’ve also use the physical therapy department here. They have some of the best physical therapists around.

This comment is related to the pharmacy hours at this facility. I have had good service with the pharmacy, but was wondering why the pharmacy is not open on weekends, or even open just on Saturdays. Since this location serves a mostly senior community in Lincoln Hills, why is the pharmacy not open on Saturday, when most family members would come to visit their parents or grandparents and might want to pick up prescriptions for them?

These guys are terrible, Lincoln place closes at 5:00 pm and close on the weekend. I was told to go to the Roseville hospital, since they were closing. Where they charge you for emergency service. My doctor sucks, these guys are in hurry, to get you out. If you are in pain, don’t ask for pain medication, because they accuse you of abusing drugs and will want to do a drug test before they can give you anything and the doctor never called to let me know if the test was negative or positive. The medication I got was not helping, but they don’t care. They will send you to physical therapy in about 6-10 days, don’t worry about the pain you been having. I knew that my test would show up positive, since I had some pain medication from 2014, which I had taken and I still have the bottle. I was told that the government requires drug test before they give you anything. Wouldn’t it make since to give medication for at least two days and wait for test results and ask questions if positive. So if your leg is cutoff off, they will drug test you before giving you anything. I would not recommend this place at all

Called on a Friday 6 hours before they closed to see if my order was ready. They texted me 1 minute before they closed that it was ready. They were closed for the weekend and my 91 year old mother had to wait. Not cool.

Convenient that it's close by work, never had to wait long at all for appointments, all the staff are professional and courteous.

Love my Doctor here. As with most medical facilities, there are both good and bad things going on.
