Tom Keith was recently helping us for our home purchase and had a wonderful experience working with him. He was always available to reach for our questions. He worked with the sellers/seller agents and scheduled the property visits based on our availability. Also, he was always present at the sites before the scheduled time and walked us through the properties. He never pushed us to commit for a deal without our satisfaction and also pointed out the advantages/disadvantages at properties that we haven't noticed which helped us with the purchase. After shopping around for a while, we knew that Pete and his team were the folks we wanted as we went through this process. He walked us through all of the similar comparable houses on the market, seasonal and \long term\ trends to show us how he came to his recommended asking price. If you're a data person like me, you'll absolutely love that aspect. His focus on data, honesty, and a fair deal was evident through the whole process. If anything on our house or the houses we looked at wasn't \picture perfect\, he gave us reasonable and sound advice on which items were must-fixes and which ones aren't worth bringing up. His expertise here really helped us navigate as we were upsizing and had limited experience with homes of this size. Pete was polite, calm, collected, and totally punctual for every interaction we had with him. Whether it was email, phone, in person meetings, inspections, or on closing day itself, Pete was always there and 100% prepared when we needed him. I can't recommend Pete and the Spectrum team enough, especially Sarah who helped us through after the contract was signed right up until closing.
