I resided here for a few years before moving on recently and I have to say that I have nothing but positive things to say. It's located minutes from major shopping areas and within minutes from highways to Providence and Boston. The staff felt like family to me after a while. The maintenance people really care for this place like its their own. They maintain the grounds from within and do a great job. I've had some bad experiences in other properties that I've resided with poor snow removal, but not the case here. These guys really work hard to accommodate everyone here and will help out residents when needed to move cars and keep walkways clear. As for the apartment I lived in, I had no problems like some people have stated. Quiet, clean, updated, and large. I never felt like I grew out of my place.
Ruthless people, Horrible customer service. It is the worst situation I have met. Usually, the agency will ask you about whether to move out or renew the lease one or two months before your current lease end. Obviously, there is no such service in this company. So, one month before my lease end, I emailed them about moving to another apartment and finally got a late reply after wrote to them twice. They mentioned that there was an available one and would show me this apartment later. However, I haven't gotten any update after this. So, I decided to find another place rather than to stay here. Then, the most depressing thing happened. When my lease run end, they asked me to pay another one-month rent fee because I didn't fill out a formal document about apartment vacation before 30 days of the lease end, which is an agreement term included in my lease. It doesn't make sure as I have wrote to them. So, they first said that I haven't let them know about this moving. When I showed them the emails. Then, they directly claimed that my previous emails were just the informal notice and can't be used as the evidence!!! Wow.................... It seems like they know you are planning to move but refuse to give you a \WARM\ reminder about the IMPORTANT of this formal vacation notice. The result is that I have to pay more than 1000 with no negotiation. So, if anyone try to live here, please remember to submit the vacation notice 30 Days before your lease end. What a \FANTASTIC\ experience it is.
