I went there in October with a prescription for 2 lymphedema sleeves I told Jacob I wanted the type from shoulder to knuckles with the thumb holes.Well last week he called said they were mailed I got it only 1and it's not the right sleeve now mind you have have called every couple weeks with no call backs & now it's a NIGHTMARE I can't have that type sleeve my prescription says something different then told okay will send the right ones even if they have to eat the cost of the other 2 as they are sending a second sleeve like the first one then a hour later Jacob calls back says the store can't take the 2 back cause of covid just use them & in 6 months when they can bill my insurance again he will personally make sure I get the right ones ARE YOU KIDDING??????? my insurance should not pay for something that is not right for me JACOB YOU NEED TO PAY FOR MY SLEEVES AND REIMBURSE MY INSURANCE FOR THE OTHER 2 First week of January and I still do not have my sleeves 3MONTH could someone at that store please get MY SLEEVES THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Walked in, guy at front saw me walk past. Stood in front of the window, he didn't say anything a lady finally walked up to the window and quickly side stepped back out of sight. No one person tried to help so I said I guess y'all don't want my business I guess I will take it somewhere else. No one seemed to care as I walked out. Definitely don't recommend.
If you need your meds on time look else where. Meds were due 1/20 didn't still have not gotten them. (1/27)... Due to HIPAA regulations I can not give you the name of my senior citizen client who is waiting on meds on this public forum...
My wife went in to pick up prescriptions that were filled by Kohlls and when she got home she discovered they had missfilled them. She went back and they wouldn't take them back or refund her money because she had left the store with them. They then couldn't refill them properly because they could only be filled every 3 months and records showed they had just been filled. So now she's out money and doesn't have her meds. Terrible service! Update: My wife went back in to pick up her corrected script and spoke to the manager. He told her once she took the script out of the store it was her's and even though it was their mistake they would not give her a refund. Very, very poor customer service.
The staff including the owner are always rude. No one should have to be treated with disrespect. It is because of people like me is the reason I they stay federally funded.
