After our house flooded, insurance went with this company. They quoted 2 months for the project, then after 6 months, they reflooded our house. One time we came in and the drywall guys were smoking in our house! This company doesn't have any attention to detail. We had to start being our own project manager because the one they gave us is incompetent.

Yesterday (Christmas morning) my business was broken into. While the store windows had been broken out and stood wide open, available to more pillagers, I found your company on Google to do an emergency board up service. To my surprise Erika answered the phone around 6am and made record timing arrangements to have the store boarded up by 9am. I am highly impressed with her professionalism, how your company was available even on Christmas morning and the incredible job your team did cleaning up the glass and boarding up the store. Huge thanks to Erika!

Oh Boy...Where do I begin. Had water damage in kitchen. Started in April Finished in Dec. Should of been no longer than 3 months. Project Manager nice man, but not good at returning calls Example on final walk thru had one small job to finish job. Took little more than 3 months having 2 cancel appointments to finish job. If you plan on having granite as counter top suggest you get another contractor. I might have been one of the select few to have installed. Cuts were not cut to right measurement and at one point did not have the right saw for job. I suggest you look further if planning on Lawton.

I interviewed for a role with this business and was offered the position verbally and in writing. After a month of emailing and calling to try and find out when I would commence the role I finally managed to speak with the HR Manager whom informed me that they had hired someone else. 'Unprofessional' is not strong enough a word to describe this scenario.

Signed a contract with Lawton for mitigation and repairs for my small kitchen/dining room. The mitigation went quickly, but the repairs took three months to complete. Project Mgr was totally uncommunicative and timelines given were not met or delayed. This small job took a total of four months and when things finally started moving forward, Lawton staff only needed five days to complete the job. Staff would not let me speak to the owner to discuss cancelling or modifying the contract. I would not recommend this company.
