This place does not know how to. Prepare your taxes and they over charge. And are not treating their customers fairly. And their employees do not know what they are doing with ur taxes. And when you call to straighten things out the store manager is disrespectful and very rude to her customers. And all I did was refer a customer to their store in Lincoln Ill. And the customer I sent in was treated unfairly and was pushed out the door. Cause their employee didn't know how to complete their taxes and add a 1099. And had to call her boss 4 different time's and still couldn't complete her taxes.... So with that said do not go to liberty tax in Lincoln Ill.
