My YorLinc assessment with regards to profound hearing loss, was conducted in a friendly and professional manner at their assessment centre in Lincoln. This resulted in being offered a combination of extra support, equipment and training. This has enabled me to access lectures and information so much more effectively and efficiently, allowing me to concentrate on my Masters studies. I'm so glad that I went through the assessment process at Yorlinc, which I had anticipated being quite intimidating, but was actually incredibly helpful. I was made to feel that my profound hearing loss was really being taken seriously and I have finally received focussed help and support, thank you, it is very much appreciated.
