I’ve been waiting 3 months for a drop visor, I’ll change my review if it ever shows up. I’m starting to think 530 was stolen from me. I’ve been told 3 different dates when it SHOULD ship and it hasn’t yet. Edit... It took over 4 months to receive my visor. Finally I called the manager after being lied to multiple times by customer service and he explained to me the situation and apologized. Josh did get the wheels in motion but it was still another 2 weeks after speaking with him that it showed up to my door. The visor looks great, seems to be made of thicker steel than previous ones I’ve had and the chrome is a mirror finish. The downside is that it doesn’t exactly include all the supplies necessary to install it, and there are zero instructions. It comes with riv-nuts to hold the outer portion of the visor on, but nothing really to hold the center tight to the truck. It took some trial and error to keep this thing from flapping in the wind, but it does look great.. overall, I did not have a very good experience with these guys. They said they had issues with their chrome and I understand that, but don’t repeatedly lie to me about when it’s going to ship. Would I order from them again? Chances are slim. Too bad too because their chino cut stacks would look really good on my truck.
After running Dynacrap stacks on all my trucks for the past 10 years with issue after issue, I finally made the switch to Lincoln Chrome and I'm so glad I did. I replaced all 7 kits with Lincoln products and I haven't had a single issue with any of them. Their customer service is much better as well, they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.
This is purely based on the fact i bought lincoln stacks via a local store and have been told by that store..who have terrible after sales care also....that lincoln no longer will supply the correct product. Ordered stacks 18mths ago and was supplied at the time with 2 odd elbows..have had several replacement elbows supplied and everytime they never match. Now the store i ordered from have said lincoln have supplied one more elbow..that doesnt match... and neither are going to pay for the labour to have it installed....cant install it anyway its the wrong one. Pathetic way to do business will never order another lincoln product ever.
Ordered an exhaust but if you plan to order with their “free shipping” deal make sure to specify that they don’t send it with a useless half-rate shipping company. I had a truck sitting for over 2 weeks because they used a shipping company that was impossible to deal with.
Called asking questions about a 7” exhaust kit, spoke with a guy named Levi in sales over there, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the kit I was inquiring about.
