I came here in jan 2020 quite poor customer service people and young boys pushing and shoving one young lad hit me with his heavy bag with no apology staff and bus drivers not very helpful some stood standing about. It's to cold in the winter no heating at all standing in the bus depo. The only thing I like is the cafe there they are lovely and serve great teas and hot drinks cold drinks and snacks. It needs more police and more staff walking about not just stand there chatting

Considering what used to be the bus station this is a vast improvement. You can grab a coffee and it's not a bad place to wait. Your undercover and thought no heating for the winter it's dry and out of the elements.

They've spent a fortune on a new bus station and it's dreadful, its both worse than the old ona and worse than the temporary bus station they used while they built the new one. You've got to walk through the ques for the buses to get to the right bay/stop as there nowhere for the ques except across the gang way, blocking it, while people need to walk down it. Pathetic.

Its smart and clean and opposite the railway station but the Information Office was closed when I called at 4pm today. As a visitor to the city I'm not impressed. In fact, useless.

Buses which a friend needs to get home did not arrive at the bus station. It seems my friend could not get any information on when the buses were coming. This was after 5.30 pm. For a modernised bus centre there should.be someway of telling people what was happening. The board there just showed what should be there and not what was actually happening.

Ok so the Lincoln market is on what a shame that loyal customers who use the buses every day are having to wait over an hour in the coldest ever bus station while buses are being used to run tourists to and from Lincoln xmas market Shame on you
