Nice museum. Only 5 per person. The museum was interesting and the lady was very helpful. They have a map of all the buildings. We were disappointed that the Tunstall Store was closed. The lady explained the buildings are staffed by volunteers. A lot, even some shops, were closed. We went on a Monday which is probably a slow day for visitors.
What a great, small museum! 5 for adults. Kids are free. Your ticket also gets you into a few other buildings in town. Watch the movie about Billy the Kid and the significance of Lincoln. Learn about the history of the area. There's even historic clothes and toys for kids to dress up and play with. Pack a lunch and eat under the shade trees at the picnic tables behind the museum.
The guy there was half asleep then got up, told us personally he was going to bed early that day and literally shut the place down. Had guests from Tennessee it was embarassing.
