I booked a last minute emergency on Saturday and was fitted in that day with tooth ache. The tooth had to be extracted in the end although all was done prior to see if it could be saved. Everything was shown and explained step by step what had been done and what had to be done. I felt comfortable and at ease thought the treatment. Now the pain has gone, cannot ask for more!

Check up booked, check up cancelled. Lost filling appointment for end July booked in April, cancelled due to Covid, 2 days after government said to open. No alternative appointment offered, have to keep phoning and hope they'll have an appointment that they won't cancel. Bet if it was a nice expensive treatment it wouldn't be cancelled. Shocking service.

Recently joined Genesis dental care. From the onset I can't complement all the staff enough. You are made welcome by the receptionist and when you go through for your treatment the dentist and their assistant make you relaxed. When having your treatment everything is expertly explained even to the point of showing you x-ray results. 10 out of 10. For the service they provide.
