I felt like I was being talked down to like a child. I did not want to bring my daughter back to this clinic because I didn't feel that my concerns for her were being taken seriously because I'm a first time mom. They also gave me students every time I came that could not answer my questions.. Being a first time mom that was unsettling. So I called around and looked at other doctors for about a month and could not get ahold of anyone accepting new patients at this time, I was forced to bring her back to this place so she could get her shots. The doctor was more concerned about me not bringing her back to get her shots at two months (she is 3 months now) then she was about my concerns for my child yet again. I measure my baby at home, we have a scale to weigh her, she was eating when she was supposed to with no problems and my step mother is a nurse as well she knows where her numbers should be. Regardless it was only a month and the doctor sat there and shamed me saying \I get your a new mom but this isn't how things works\ then continued to bring it up throughout the whole appointment. Then I waited in the room for 20 minutes with a screaming baby , waiting for her shots to come in and they finally did, she got them then we were just left in the room alone all the while my baby is screaming from her shots and I hardly know what's going on. I left the office in tears I was beyond frustrated. I dont recommend this clinic to anyone. This is the clinic you get stuck with if you can decide who your babies doctor should be.
The wait time to see the doctor is too long between 30 to 40 minutes and by the time your done seeing the doctor it will be over an hour. The doctor that sees my son he is nice but, I think they schedule appointments back to back which make it hard to see patients on time. My only issue is the wait time but, other than that staff are friendly.
Good clinic. It's easy to make appointments and handle billing. It is difficult to judge the level of care because there are many providers within the clinic. It can be difficult to secure an appointment with a regular provider, or one you would prefer. This can result in variations in your level of care. Personally, if I ever find a primary care provider that is thorough, and goes above and beyond for their patients, then I will switch in a heartbeat. But, I don't think that level of care exists anywhere anymore (Taking recommendations/prove me wrong). Given that healthcare is a significant expense among households in this country, here is some transparent medical expense information: I am an insured patient and have been charged 131 per visit, before insurance pays. This was for normal office visits, without any specialized services. This is an acceptable cost for me with my insurance, obviously you will need to judge this for yourself.
I dont think they have what it takes to take good care of patient or finding the problem. good luck wasting your money or copay here , this facility used to be good few years ago, until they change the staffs. I will try to find other place that do a better job and care for patient than this careless place.
