Over month a go I talked to admitting person whose name is Jorge Cisneros at Lincoln meadow care, about my dad. He seems very nice, helpful, and acted very welcoming, and He asked for insurance and other information, he worked with social worker to transfer my dad, but after a week he called and brought bunch of excuses that we don’t accept him and he didn’t give us a good reason why. I’m so disappointed with his job and he is acted very unprofessional. However we called to talk to him, he wouldn’t answer or he says I’m at lunch and call you later, but he never did.

On February 8, 2021 I called to speak to my friend who was a patient. I was told she had been taken to Sutter Roseville hospital the day before. i hung up and called Sutter Roseville hospital. It took 3 hours before a real person answered the phone at the hospital only to be told they had no person by that name in their database. The care home told me incorrect info. We found my friend at UCDavis in Sacramento in the trauma center. What the hell??? I still have not received a callback from the Asst Director of this care home.

The Staff at Lincoln Meadows Care Center are Professional. The facility is nice and clean. Welcoming Staff, Friendly and caring. We have an Awesome Rehab Team! The atmosphere is nice, if you have a loved one who needs care or maybe you, come take a tour; The Admission’s Department team will gladly answer your questions and take you on a tour

My mother in law has been in Lincoln meadows for 2 weeks. I have been very impressed! The Physical Therapy is fantastic!! They are so patient and gently push the patients to meet their potential every day!!! They take the time to talk and listen to the family in trying to decide the best rehab procedures possible. There have been a couple of issues that I brought to the admin/directors attention and it was addressed right away. They were all so kind and willing to listen. They always have a smile and say hi instead of avoiding eye contact, I like that! It seems like everyone is doing their best and striving for the best care for the patients!! They even had a car show and bbq yesterday. When I looked at reviews I had concerns about this place but when I saw that every one of them had a response with a phone number to call and try to get it resolved and made better I knew they were a great place(not perfect but striving to always be better).

I have know Kevin the administrator for over a decade. He is very knowledgeable and runs a wonderful facility. I highly recommend Lincoln Meadows.
