Would not recommend this Facility to anyone!! Rated NO STAR My husband and I recently moved to RI, and have been trying to establish a PCP. He had one new patient visit, follow by a Zoom visit. He was advised that he will be referred to a specialist and need to call the specialist for an appointment. We called the specialist's office and was advised that they did not receive any referral from his doctor. We ended up calling the office to only find out that this doctor had never put in any referral to the specialist. We was also told that they will have his doctor call him back to confirm communication, but we have yet to received call back. This facility does a VERY poor job of communication and complying with handling the situation.

There is a delay in communication sometimes, but nothing major. I have Dr. Martin, I appreciate his approach and attention to detail.

They really need to hire more people for phones. 20 min on hold to be forward to a full voicemail is unacceptable.

stay far away from this practice. I've been with them for 4 years and they've been absolutely terrible. The office is completely unresponsive and has to be reminded over and over. I've been trying for 4 years to get into the patient portal and they can't help so I can't even see my own medical records. When I do get in front of a doctor I only get about 20% of their attention. Time for a new primary care doctor somewhere else.

Been going here since I was 15. Awesome staff last physical I had i was in and out with a half hour! Quick, easy, friendly staff I recommend.
