Brand new facility, super nice couple who is running it. Our space was ready quickly and was clean. What more can I say? I just hope I can get out of here soon! LOL it's so nice, it's easy to leave our stuff here!

Janeane at Lincoln Ranch storage has lied about several things to finally sick me with a 800 bill! Her response to the Invoice is that you didn't respond to this email and eSignal it but her exact words were I just need your promission to remove the left over things when she has know since we vacated the unit over 30 days ago. I have over 50 emails since January from them and she slide this right past me but that's what you get for working with people that think uta OK to do this not treated right at the storage unit really do much more of a hassle then I have ever dealt with and to have a lady straight lie to charge you the book Luke wow you got it SMH
Newer storage units and a bit of a drive for us but well worth it ! Its like a fortress lol very secured and the managers and other staff are very wonderful people !! A little pricey but worth it.
