Lincoln Urgent Care is a joke. I checked myself in because I had an extremely sore throat with swollen tonsils. First off, I had to wait almost 30 minutes to be called in when there was nobody in the waiting room with me. When I was finally pulled back into the room, I was given a strep test and a mono test. Both tests came back negative. Soon after, the doctor I saw came back into the room and said, “the strep came back negative, but i don’t buy it”. He then proceeded to blindly treat me with amoxicillin, which did absolutely nothing for my symptoms. Do not go to this place, they blindly treat patients and are extremely unprofessional. I regret going to this place and I highly suggest that you do not come here. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. These people are unreliable and inefficient. Side note: I had a severe back injury in my freshman year of high school. I first went into urgent care to get some x-rays to see if there were any visible fractures or breaks. Following my x-rays, I was given a velcro back belt to help align my posture. A couple of months later, my parents received a bill in the mail from LUC stating that I was given a neck brace. If you are looking for efficient treatment, I don’t suggest coming here. I feel like I have had nothing but painful experiences at this place, so have many of my friends and family.

Fast and efficient service. I was well taken care of - I came in bleeding from a head wound, and I was seen immediately. I was taken care of professionally. Staff is extremely efficient and courteous. Absolutely would recommend to everyone.

I was in seeing the best doctor ever Dr. Balerdi very quickly she took a close look at my x-rays right away and sent me to a surgeon the same day and I thank you soooooo sooooo soooo much for seeing everything you did!!! I have never had an experience like this and every person i told about it was so amazed too This place is awesome and i truly truly recommend this place and definitely this doctor thank you again!!!

I got the best care at this facility...from the front desk staff to the medical assistant and doctor. I was treated with respect and my visit was quick. People who leave negative reviews seem to forget that it's an URGENT care and they must treat the most serious issues first. I recommend this urgent care without reservation

Went to Lincoln Urgent Care Wednesday December 30th. I was treated with kindness and consideration. I found the clinic to be run very efficiently. There were several people waiting to be seen and I was brought in to see Dr Balerdi who asked several questions before I was tested for COVID. I had a secondary issue with my eye and she immediately sent me to Garden city ophthalmology. Within an hour I was seen at both places. She called over to Garden City and they saw me right away. I can’t say enough good things about Lincoln Urgent Care and Dr Balerdi. Well run practice with caring and concerned staff. I can only imagine the stress they have been under for the last 10 Months. Putting themselves in harms way everyday and dealing with stressed and frightened patients. They did a wonderful job.
