Great service, despite lockdown. Ordered Sunday, dispatched Monday, arrived Wednesday. Good communication at every stage. Really pleased with the yarn I received. Like the range on the website, good range of products and projects, lovely packs of toning colours. Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended.

Quick response to my order and processed quickly on first working day. I was fortunate to be able to collect. I thought it was going to be expensive, because they had so many beautiful and different colours, but it wasn’t, and I didn’t even pay for delivery, because I had bought quite a few ball of wools, and was very happy a few days later it arrived and was even better than expected... definitely will be ordering from here again....
