After having a miscommunication issue about my account and discussing it with Lon all issues have been resolved. I am able to give the 5 stars that I feel he deserves as an insurance agent and person. I was with the company for many years and Lon and Megan have been so accommodating to my every insurance need. Lon is one of the most understanding and empathetic people I have ever dealt with when working with any type of business. I highly recommend going through him when needing any type insurance. My only suggestion is that when calling his office only talk with Lon himself or Megan about your insurance needs, they are the ones that will help make your experience go smoothly. Stay clear of talking with Ryan.

This is literay one of the worst insurance i recommend no one to this company. I gave a guy named ryan my account and routing number he made a mistake and money didnt get taken out of my account. I didnt know about his mistake till after my i checked my account and noticed money was still in there. I called and asked why and when i did he informed me my insurance was canceled and i needed to come in and give him same information again and i did. Well while my insurance got canceled due to his mistake i got in a not at fault accident and another car made me hit light pole and that car drove off and police never found them. They are holding me responsible for 3000 dollar light pole when i shouldve had insurance but didnt because of his mistake. He than committed perjury lied and said he mailed me a bill a complete lie never got anything in the mail ever!! Dont go here if you want people committing perjury and screwing you over making you responsible for thousands of damage you didnt cause or should be held responsible. I really suggest everyone to get different insutance so many better insurance groups make this company your last resort!! Thanks and everyone have a good day!!
