The home was sparkling clean. Loon Reservation Service's enhanced cleaning protocol is highly satisfactory. I especially like that all bed linens including blankets and comforters are washed between guests. This unit's kitchen was well stocked. Our only issue was that we didn't have hot water when we first arrived. Loon Reservation was quick to send someone to fix and it turned out to be an easy fix. We were very pleased with the property.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable about vacation homes and area
We have used Loon Reservations for the past 4 years and each year we comment on how easy they have made the rental process. We booked our condo and needed to make a change a few weeks later to a more updated condo. There were no hoops to jump through and we felt completely satisfied with their help. During our stay they were extremely helpful as well. This year we accidentally locked ourselves out when we left to use the pool and they sent someone over right away to help us get in. We also left jewelry after we checked out and they immediately contacted us and mailed it back to us. Wonderful customer service all around!
Beautiful place. The condo that we stayed in needed to be cleaned better. Otherwise we go ever year and have a great time going to the water parks and doing family things.
Really easy to work with and very accommodating. We loved the place we rented in Lincoln at Clearbrook. Absolutely worth every penny! Can't wait to go back, to the same exact rental too someday.
