The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the delivery side of things is absolutely appalling. Waiting for some work boots that I could have ordered from China and fetched them myself by now.

The staff where very helpful and the shop was very clean and the was plenty of sanitisers on entry.
Great and friendly service from the staff.
Ordered on phone direct and paid for next day delivery but after a two day wait phoned them to inform them of awaited urgent item and was told that item had not been dispatched and because they had ticked incorrect box on delivery instruction that I would not receive for a further five days.Gross incompetence!!!
