Amazing customer service and experience with Manny!! Me and my girlfriend were on the road driving from New York to California when we hit a pot hole somewhere in Nebraska on I-80. Pulled over to the nearest gas station to inspect the tire and realized I needed a replacement. I googled the closest flat fix and Manny’s 24/7 Tire shop came up. I read the reviews and was immediately interested in getting my car serviced at his shop. Manny was able to check to see if he had a replacement for me and he had a variety of brands ready for me to inspect and choose from. I was able to make it safely to his shop and Manny provided me with extraordinary customer service. He was able to explain exactly what he will be doing and to ensure I am satisfied with the tire I choose and even went above and beyond to physically have you inspect the tire being balanced and checked for leaks before being placed on the car. This is something many shops won’t allow their customers to do but I was very happy to see that I am getting my money’s worth. I definitely recommend anyone who is in need of a quick fix with amazing service and quality tires. Thank you again Manny!!!

My visit was well worth it. I had a situation and needed my tire fix. I called and it was late at night and this was the only that help me out and resolve my issue immediately. Great service and they gain a customer for life. Ill be coming back and will recommend their services to all of my friends. Five stars is not enough for a rating for this tire shop. After normal business hours (when most my car troubles have occurred), there's not many options to get a tire patched. I saw Manny's Tire Shop had 24 hour service and gave him a call. I'm glad I did. He met me at the shop, got the screw out of my tire, and patched it up in about 15 minutes. With the tire off, he took a moment to point out my brake pads were also getting low and offered to replace them at a later date. I took a closer look and they were indeed getting thin. Manny was friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I'll be calling Manny when I am ready to do my brake pads and if I ever have tire issues in the future.

He came out to his shop and patched a tire for me, no problems. Very nice guy, and really did his best to help me out. Also offered to find me a better price on tires down the road when im ready for new ones. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and all the help! Picture this. It's below freezing outside. Late at night. Your tire just got slashed in a parking lot. Your spare can't get you all the way home. The question hits you "Who in the heck am I going to call to get a tire this late?" One doubtful Google search later, Manny's Tire Shop populates. Says it's 24 hours. I have my doubts, like nah, this has to be a mistake! Sure enough though...one phone call, two rings MAYBE, Manny answers in a chipper voice, eager to help. He rushed to his shop to check his stock. Manny had two used tires that fit my car. Although I didn't get the opportunity to work with Manny this time, because I'm seeking two new tires that I can purchase a warranty with, I was astonished. This business owner leaped at the opportunity for someone in need, went above and beyond and was extremely kind. Manny, thank you for everything. I had a terrible night and having someone so kind to help me out speaks volumes to me about your character and your business. I wish you guys all the best.

Fast, friendly and 24/7 tire service in Lincoln. If you find they have stepped away from shop, call number on the door and Mannys will come as soon as possible. I paid for my moms tires, received a text receipt, now she can come any time she is free and have all her tires mounted as she waits. Tires have guarantee too. Very reasonable prices. Pro tip, if you can come in earlier in the day, save more. Non-emergency. They take care of Emergency situations too, flat tire in the dark, dont be stranded, call Mannys. -2 degrees outside, 12AM had a nail in my tire hopeless and not knowing who to call after a quick search Manny came up, gave him a quick call and he came right over to help me out got my tire patched and my vehicle on the road again. Really is the best 24 hours service you can get.
