Supposed to have received 8-shooter in April 2018. No response until May - for about a week. Silence ever since. We signed an equipment lease with Innovative Lease Services who says they gave Martin Robotics ALL the money (170,000). No equipment, no investigation, yet they are demanding payment and sending threatening letters to our investors who signed guarantees. We had a local person go by their building in Lincoln, NE. They're gone... We did more searching and found an ex-employee who says he and the other employees showed up one day and they were closed. No notice given to employees. Apparently, Martin Robotics owed some taxes. I'd look for them in Australia.

Company appears to be out of business. Company I work for sent a pump out June 2018 for them to test in their filling machine. The claimed they would need several in the next few months. I arraigned to visit their facility a week after they received the pump. When I arrived I found a 'For Sale' sign on the property. Spoke with the neighbors and near as I can tell they closed their doors 1 day after the UPS tracking says the pump was delivered. I've made several attempts to contact them with no success.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Our 70K bottler filler is terrible. Too many problems and no response from anyone at the company to help rectify our problems. Looks like their parent company WaterJeT Specialist went under. I saw the put up all their equipment up for auction. Eric and Sarah Martin are crooks. I know of at least 12 other breweries that are pissed at them. Remember, do not do business or hire Eric or Sarah Martin any where close to Lincoln, NE.

After prepayment 40000 NO contact anymore from Martin Robotics by phone or email! Expected ship date is the beginning of June 2018....So it's time to deliver. Many more brewers with same problems and waiting for their bottle-line. Be aware before placing a order!

Absolutely stole thousands from our company. We have filed a police report. Multiple lawsuits filed against them. Jail time behavior. Stay away.
