I can't even begin to describe how dang good the food is at Mary Ellen's. some of the best ribs anywhere an d the burnt ends are phenomenal - as is the catfish. No one does greens like they do. And everyone there is sooo nice.

Without question, the best food truck in Lincoln. Brisket: 9 out of 10 Pulled pork: 8 out of 10 Potato salad: 9 out of 10 Mac n cheese: 7 out of 10 BBQ beans: 9 out of 10 BBQ sauce (kc style): 10 out of 10 Corn bread: 7 out of 10 Service: 10 out of 10 I'm a certified KCBS judge so know what I'm talking about. Hunt this place down via their Facebook page and drive across town if you have to. Worth the trip.

Every meal I have had which have been many :) have been very delicious!!! If I had to choose just one thing as my favorite, it would have to be the ribs. The ribs are tender, juicy, gloriously tasting, and meaty. My daughters fave is the catfish. I feel like family every time I go there. The people are so nice and appreciative of you choosing them for a meal. You simply would not find any more friendly owners and servers. I highly recommend Mary Ellen’s. I love that their meal entree’s and sides change through out the week. This way you have more variety to choose from. We live so close to their restaurant, that I believe there has not been one week that we have not brought home a couple of plates :). That is just how good the food and service is. I have my fam in Omaha, now addicted to them lol, they have been up a couple of times just for their food.

Wow! I haven't wanted to get to this place for a while as I have a coworker who rants and raves about it, I can see why. The food is great and the staff is super friendly and nice. I tried the Smoked or smoky cheese Burger And it was phenomenal! And for the price I think you get a really good portion. When I took my 1st bite I said out loud whoa! I also got fries which honestly were nothing special but that Burger was out of this world. In fact I liked it so much That I stopped myself from finishing it so I could take it home to eat later. If you ever in the area I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved it. From ordering our food to eating it was a great experience. Great customer service and great food. You can’t go wrong with Mary Ellen’s. Thank you for making us a plate! P.S. The peach cobbler is to die for. I love it and would love to have some right now!
