I called as soon as I woke up this morning to cancel my 5pm massage, granted it wasn't 24 hours but it also wasn't last minute. I called to cancel because I woke up with a sore throat, cough and fever. I have been in bed all day. They still charged me for the session because it wasn't 24 hours in advance! I sound congested and can't stop coughing! I guess I was better off going in to receive my massage sick and spread my germs to everyone because the result of me being courteous, mindful and considerate is a loss value of 60! I could see if I didn't show up at all with no phone call or only called an hour or so in advance but I called as soon as I woke up and realized I was sick. I didn't know yesterday that I was going to wake up sick as a dog, on my day off, TODAY! Very disappointed. I had a cancellation request emailed to me so I can cancel my membership!!

Got a facial here today an became a member too. My facial person Courtney was so nice an so sweet an gentle an loved the warm bed an soft blanket. It was a great experience an came with a hand, arm, neck, an face massage an was so Great too. The front desk ladies were so very nice an so professional an so sweet an helped with my membership an answered all of my questions an were funny, cute an loved talking with them too . I also can not wait to go back again next month for another facial \\ massage visit !

I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a consistent massage. Constant changes in massage therapist and regular cancellations of previously scheduled appointments.

Very professional. Great staff. I have seen several different massage therapist's there and all were really good. I see Chris regularly and he is great. The atmosphere there is great as well. The waiting area is very relaxing too.
