Beyond expectations. After getting my suit tailored, he helped me into it and and took a once over. The suit was perfectly tailored and exactly what I had asked for. Once again they were all extremely polite and asked if I wanted anything else changed. And gave bits and pieces of advice as to how it should be maintained and cleaned. 10/10 recommend this store.

Was not real impression with service. One of our tuxes was sent to Omaha, so the day before wedding that had to be picked up its an hour and half drive one way. Also the bow ties were not ready until the day of the wedding. So we had to find someone to run to the store the day of wedding to pick up bow ties! The tuxes were nice and looked good on everyone. I didn't feel the price was unfair, theywere made of good fabric, shoes were clean and shiny. Just disappointed in the service and response. We were told when I called that the button on computer is just one number difference. Guessing that is how the tux and bows were messed up and went to Omaha. Was not offered a discount for my time and gas to travel 3 hours to pick up a mistake made by them. And thry didn't seem at all worried they had messed up. If customer service would have been good I would give them a 5 star. But the response I got for mistake im leaving a 2 star. I dont think I will be using them when my daughter gets married next year it was alot of added stress the day before and day of wedding.

Only reason I’m even giving the 2 stars is because they were extremely nice. But anyways...My best friend had his wedding and we got our tuxes through here. We were told they’d be ready a week prior to the event. We got notified 2 days before his wedding telling us they were ready. I go to pick mine up and they had ordered everything too big for me. They had to reorder everything and I had to get it THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. Won’t be going back\u200d️

I always enjoy my experience here. I generally am helped by the same guy, I think Johnathon? And he always remembers me. He's great with my indecisive personality when it comes to shirts and ties and is friendly every time.

I showed up as they opened today and was very happy when i was done. John Williams did an amazing job. They have some amazing sales to take advantage of.
