I was very disappointed in their customer service. Brian rarely answered when I called, took too long to respond to emails, and was not timely in getting my reservation form to me which left me wondering if I needed to look elsewhere for what I needed. I was given excuses about why he took so long to get back to me, and I felt like a nuisance. When I arrived to return what I had rented (a day later than I wanted), I waited at the front desk for five minutes yelling \hello\ into their back room, was not offered an apology or friendly greeting when he finally came to help me, and again felt like an annoyance. Very disappointed with my experience and frustrated as they are the only company that has what I needed for my event and future events.

Answered all my questions, extremely knowledgable. The tents are real quality, and I don't use that word lightly! Great experience all around. I ended up getting just the canvas and making all the poles but the center, which I also ordered from them. Their descriptions on the product pages also include erection instructions, and helpful tips. I cannot recommend them enough!
