If people think this is a good builders merchants then they must be from another planet. Prices are higher than wicks and b and q put together How do they manage to stay in business? The staff are useless. 20 staff in the office and one lad in the yard trying to serve 5 people. It’s like something off a comedy sketch

We have used them to refurbish a utility and shower room and as it was just myself and my husband we needed a lot of advice and guidance. The guys went out of their way and were more than willing to help, even when we didn't have a clue.
