Wow! They were most helpful and generous. We were traveling on route 80 and had a problem with our VW camper, got off the highway and pulled in to John Deere. They gave us time, assistance and helped wrap a strap around a loose roof rack to enable us to continue on our way until we can get the right long term replacement piece. No charge! Thank you
