This napa used to be my 'go-to' parts store but seems to have been going downhill lately. Friday, November 6th I stopped in for some brake pads, and not a single person in the store had a mask on, out of probably a dozen employees. I understand this is a hotly contested issue, but a business has an obligation to be responsible and follow city and state issued mandates. The employee helping me seemed less than enthusiastic - I've seen more emotion from a potato - which unfortunately isn't the first time I've felt like that in there. I don't want to to back to o'reilly's but I might have to now.

Employee said he couldn't find a part we brought in without even letting us explain what it was, he just kept interrupting us while we were trying to explain what part it was saying \I cant find the any part for it
