Was texted twice to tell me to attend on a Monday and when I rang to confirm a time was told fully booked on the said Monday and I had to take my car on the Thursday. About 15 minutes after dropping my car off took a call to say can I collect my car the new screen is damaged so mine wasn't going to be done. Day off work and a 60 mile round trip for nothing. Awaiting my next appointment to get it done.

Wrong glass, new windscreen with scratches, damaged rubber and interior.
2 technicians arrived to replace a windscreen on a Fiat Panda, didn't seem to want to do it, and was trying to make excuses not to - then left a grubby mess all over the new windscreen they fitted, and not content with that - one of them damaged my property whilst getting off my driveway (demolished a wooden planter and fence), didn't have enough guts to confess to it at the time (the wife was in). Eventually, after a great deal of persistence - an area manager 'Heath' palmed me off with ' they didn't realise they had done it (they would of known!). He then gave me a run about with emails and finally offered me 100, knowing full well if I had asked to do it through the insurance they would of denied it! The fact that annoys me the most - the spineless technician who did it - never apologised!! I can only hope that prospective customers that want a windscreen replaced - see my comments and avoid, then their lack of honesty and poor service will cost them!!
Designated repairer by our insurance company . Came 2 days after contact with new panoramic window. Arrived on time and did job. Just to test in pouring rain!!! Fingers
