Been with this building society for years. Best financial institution I have ever used. The staff are always very friendly, informative and helpful while maintaining a very professional approach. Would recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed seems to be permanently closed. Need to pay in cheques, only way is print a form off & post them. Nearest is 5 hours away, where? They have all my money, charge us 13 a month for it & not accessible. Other banks/ building societies have limited opening. Why are you not doing the same? Going to loose our business.
Every time I go to pay my dad's bill they will not let me because I am not on his account and I don't have an account with them. They tell me he has to come in and do it himself. He is 92 for god sake and not suppose to keep go out.

To small a branch and not sufficient staff. Had to wait 10 minutes in the queue to be told to see an advisor to simply open a fixed bond. Then waited 40 minutes, but had to leave to pay for the parking, transaction was not done.
Best building society to be with. I’ve been a member since I was 13 or thereabouts. No problems at all.
Great little bank but I wait ages to be served in the queue it was only the other week I waited over 25 mins in the queue just to speak to someone and to take some money out of my bank account if it wasnt so long waiting then I would rate it 5 star staff are always very friendly helpful but not many staff about
