No longer do counter service on a Saturday so couldn't withdraw the car to buy a second hand car. Slightly frustrating. All gearing up for the closing down of banks. Would have thought the staff who worked there would be more concerned at their jobs being on the line.

Hideous customer service! Never been questioned before over insignificant matters. I work in the industry so knew the process, however the women capable of making me feel this had the audacity to question my position. Ignorant!

Very helpful staff, comfortable waiting area. # Then I went to the Mint Lane Community Centre for lunch & some Grocery shopping.
