Generally a decent inspection, but the inspector was initially just going to \look at the roof through binoculars\ instead of going up there and verify roof integrity. Not good enough, and sort of lazy in my opinion, especially when such a big purchase was at stake. Also feel like our stucco siding wasn't looked at closely enough or that the inspector didn't have the necessary expertise. Other siding professionals that came by later found things the inspector missed. Inspector/owner was nice, explained how devices worked inside and outside the house.
