Everything is quadruple price compared to others...no one for customer service....a few things available that aren’t usually “everywhere”...very unimpressed...
We just had 2 trees delivered and planted by Nebraska Nursery and we couldn’t be happier with the service! The installation crew worked efficiently and tended to the smallest detail. I had another piece of landscaping that needed to be adjusted prior to planting the trees and without a question they pulled some tools from their truck and began to assist me. The crew went the extra mile when they saw a bare patch of ground left behind after my landscaping adjustment, immediately took the sod from the holes they had dug, carefully prepped the ground and placed the sod over the bare ground. They definitely left our yard looking much better than what they found it, the mark of great service! We will be using them again! Thanks Nebraska Nursery!
I’ve tried to like this place. Beautiful plants and the people are very friendly but unfortunately I have to give them 1 star because their service isn’t very good when it comes to landscaping. I’ve been working with them on a project since the end of May. I was told the week of June 3 would be the week they would work on my yard. That got pushed back a couple weeks due which they said was due to rain and which is understandable. When it finally got done they were so rushed that the plants that were put in were not evenly spaced and it just looked sloppy. I asked if they could come back and fix the areas that needed it and they said they would. Mind you the people are very friendly on the phone but 3 weeks later I’m still waiting. I’m being charged A LOT of money for very poor service. The plants are beautiful at the retailers but I do not recommend using them for your landscaping services.
Helped me build a plan and they were very friendly and made a lot of good suggestions. Can’t wait to go back!
