RIS handles everything professionally and ethically. Tenants need to understand that property managers are restricted to what the owners want and are willing to pay for. Being a property manager is the middle man between the tenant and owner of the property. It is a thankless job and they go through being pulled in several directions. It takes a strong, thick skinned person to do what they do. I have read all the reviews from these upset people and trust me, there are TWO sides to every story. And Kimberly, as the owner, has every right to respond accordingly and defend herself and staff. By the way, every management company has bad reviews because tenants’ expectations at times are ridiculous. And for all the people who always want an “exception” for their situation, by doing so would then violate fair housing. Do for one, do for all. You gals do a wonderful job and are not thanked enough!

ZERO STARS I really wish that zero stars was an option here. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Super, super, scummy company. I also wish I could post pictures...check Facebook for my review to see pictures. This company is okay with renting a property FULL of mold. They are okay with renting a property that's not structurally safe. We had a fire on the property and they didn't even notify the owner of the house. It took weeks upon weeks, and me threatening to fix problems myself with a bill sent to them for them to finally come \fix\ the issues. It took reporting them to the city to get any of the mold remediated. The way they respond to reviews is completely unprofessional and childish. Please please please...never rent through this company.

I have been renting from RIS for I believe going on 9 years now or close to it. It was the first place that gave me a chance when I began living on my own with a young son and it has been our home. Anything that needs fixed they do their best to get someone out there as quick as they can. I have stayed as long as I have because of how much they have worked with me in the past when I have had hiccups or needed repairs done!
