The technician asked me some questions, and he helped me figure out how to fix the chair she has now, which we purchased from this store. The technician came and did all the repairs, and Mom is so pleased. It will truly improve her daily living for much less than having to buy a new chair. Thank you.

Over the years I have bought three high end power chairs from Nebraska Scooter Mart using Medicare and insurance. The people at NSM know what they are doing. Each year it gets more complicated. The Scooter put me in the right chair and follows up later with great service and soport. I highly recommend this company.
