Sales Representative, Tammy, has been very helpful, informative, and patient while working me through the claims process. Both her and Aaron have been very responsive when questions are asked and they have always been willing to take the time to be sure I understood their answers. Nelson Contracting has completed the roof installation and did a great job. They were professional, on site when they said they would be, and followed up to be sure I was happy with everything when the work was completed. I currently have them under contract to do my gutters/facia/siding when the material arrives. I've been very pleased with the way they do business and the work they've done so far. Great company to work with, highly recommend.
