Started work on my PPL in July here, and just finished the accelerated ground school. Great staff and facilities can't beat a former USAF F16 pilot(Matt), and from speaking with other students have only heard great things about the other instructors. I highly recommend Norcal flight center for training. They have very structured program that is also flexible with scheduling. Chris, the owner has put together a great school. I will be going on to my Instrument rating here after PPL.

Completed my first flight last week in a Piper Cherokee. My instructor Gabriel made it all look simple and had me take off and fly most of the time all the way until landing. Breathtaking experience, personable instructor, and great flight school!

I took the 2 Day Accelerated Ground School class here for Private Pilot and was very pleased with the experience overall. Chris is a very energetic and dynamic teacher that really helps simplify some of the more complex aviation concepts that are dealt with in the private written exam. A six hour class two days in a row can sound pretty brutal, but he manages to keep it interesting so that it feels more like half that time.

So, I just have intro flight today on Cesna 172. As the first time controlling airplane this was unforgettable experience. My instructor was Gabriel. From the first lesson he looks like a nice person and experienced instructor. His instructions were pretty clear. As soon as we take off he gave me full controls of aircraft and correcting my mistakes when it was necessary. At the first glance everything looks great. Will add more feedback as soon as I get closer my check ride
