Mostly great staff who are always polite and ready to assist. Had a group of 12 people and they assisted in making sure we were all together and seated close with everything we could need and great access for a wheelchair user with us. Can't fault the service

Great place for a movie and great seats ,however the prices could be lower as you expect to pay a months worth of wages on a bag of Skittles; me and friends just go to the local co-op and walk in casually, but on the other hand ,except from the annoying inconvenience that is understandable for it's prices it's a cinema and as long as it shows infinity war in 2050 it's alright
It could really do with updating - they started renovating some screenings but not others so not sure whats happening there \u200d️ BUT saying that - staff are lovely and welcoming and as a wheelchair user - EVERY single screening has a wheelchair spot so I'm never short for spaces! They do have a lift for the upstairs screening which is a little on the small side but still fits my powerchair - just have to reverse backwards to get out. Inside the screenings are nice and clean as well as the downstairs & upstairs disabled toilets. Good selection of films to choose from and a good variety of time slots too . Sweets & food are a little on the pricier side but popcorn is more than reasonable. Visit here often so I'm a big fan!
Fantastic again and great film upgraded to premium seats and was fantastic bit of extra room comfy headrest and plenty of leg room always recommend, popcorn was delicious, not long ques friendly and fast service every location of service. loads of great posters around for upcoming films, cinema clean and fresh everywhere and even the toilets were very well cleaned at a busy time not one bad comment to make

What's to complain about? The long escalators add to the fun experience of going to watch a movie on the big screen.
