BHG Apartments for rent are located here. Monthly rent was 595, so pretty cheap for the area but came with a cost. -Walls poorly insulation so heating/ cooling is costly. You can also hear everything & everyone through the thin walls. -Maintenance is poor: had to request for exterior light to be fixed because motorcycle stolen and license plate stolen. Blinds broken so privacy was limited, and the landlord won't fix them -When the shower ceiling was rotting, they just painted over the rot instead of actually fixing it (see image) -Exterior maintenance to the building damaged tenant's cars -Public rugs and building exterior not well maintained (i.e.- litter, stained and smelly rugs, exposed electrical boxes, etc.) (see images).
